Police have arrested Engineer Hari Kumar Pokharel, Director of Mid-Hill Highway, on the charge of raping a girl.

Chief of the District Police Range and Senior Superintendent of Police Dan Bahadur Karki told RSS that Pokharel was arrested from Tripureshwor of Kathmandu today. Police arrested Pokharel after the girl filed the complaint against Pokharel.
