Kathmandu : A team from the Narcotics Control Bureau, Koteshwor, apprehended two individuals after firing shots last night. They who are Indian national were arrested from Pingalasthan-9 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

According to Superintendent of Police Durgaraj Regmi of the Narcotics Control Bureau, Koteshwor, police confiscated more than one kilogram brown heroin from them.

As he said, acting on special information, the police had to open fire we had to open fire in an attempt to take them under the security control. Anil Kumar Paswan of around 30–35 years of old from Madhubani district in Bihar, was injured by a gunshot.
Further investigation against the arrested is underway.
