Kathmandu, Aug 16: A meeting between Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Rabi Lamichhane and Ambassador of China to Nepal, Chen Song, took place in Kathmandu today.

The talk that took place at the RSP office in Banasthali discussed mutual interests between Nepal and China and the issue of economic development, good governance and rural development of Nepal, it has been said. In the meeting, RSP Chair Lamichhane said his party was committed to one-China policy.

Similarly, Song said his attention was drawn to the issue in the northern border of Nepal, and assured of taking initiatives to resolve it. Present on the occasion were a House of Representative member and chief of the party international affairs department Shishir Khanal and party central member Lima Adhikari among others, said party central member Prathiva Rawal.
