Election materials transported by helicopter

Adanchuli (Humla) : The staff deployed at four polling stations in Humla and the election materials including ballot papers will be transported by helicopter.
The staff deployed at the Bhrikuti Basic School Jang in Himalpariko village Limi of Namkha Rural Municipality-6, Sunkhani Basic School Halji, Himshikhar Basic School, and Himalaya Basic School Chala in the same rural municipality-4 will be transported by helicopter, shared Chief District Officer Tek Kumar Regmi.
According to him, since the transport services were disrupted due to snowfall at all these four polling stations, 20 staff members, 80 security personnel including Nepal Army, Election Police, Nepal Police, and 102 staff members and election materials including ballot papers will be transported by helicopter.
The commission is going to use helicopters as the two border crossings to Limi, Nara and Nyalu Lake, are closed due to snow. Similarly, the road to Chala is also blocked due to snow, so helicopters are going to be arranged for the polling station.
There are 293 voters in Sunkhani Primary School polling station Halji in Limi, 247 in Bhrikuti Primary School polling station Jang, 132 in Himshikhar Primary School Til and 159 in Himalaya Primary School Chala.
