Kathmandu: The Supreme Court has said that the letter issued to arrest Resham Lal Chaudhary is not official and requested the concerned sides not to implement it.

A statement issued by the Supreme Court said, “As the letter written by a section officer at SC to the Prison Office Dillibazar, Kathmandu dated April 30, 2025 was unauthorized, another letter clearing the uncertainty was sent to the concerned body to not implement the earlier one signed by the section officer.”

The Supreme Court spokesperson Achyut Kuinkel informed that an investigation was underway in this connection.
