Earthquake occurs in Rukum Paschim

An earthquake measuring 4.2 in the Richter scale has occurred at Syalakhadi of Rukum Paschim. The quake took place at 8:52 this morning.

The National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, Lainchaur, said that the earthquake with its epicenter at Syalakhadi of Rukum Paschim district happened at 8:52 am today.
The northwest areas of the country have recorded more quakes in the recent times.
